The Township of Mapleton is reviewing the potential need for regulation of Short-Term Rental (STRs) of residential properties. Popularized by Airbnb, with Vrbo, Booking.com and many other firms currently list properties on-line, and some municipalities have chosen to regulate short-term (less than one month) rentals of residential properties. Mapleton is seeking to gain input from interested parties on the approach we could take. As part of this process, we invite you to respond the questionnaire below.
