Final Design of Phase 2, Stage 4 has been completed and ready for underground infrastructure servicing. Starting the week of March 31^st, Ersman Construction Inc. will be onsite to complete this work.

As per Township by-laws, work can occur Monday to Saturday between 7am – 7pm.  However, Ersman Construction Inc. does NOT anticipate any work being performed on Saturdays. Timeline for this work to be completed is very weather dependent.  GDC anticipates underground work to be completed by the Holiday Weekend of May 17th

Be aware, there will be additional construction traffic on Bedell Drive as large equipment and materials are transported to the site.  Equipment noise will be noticeable and the possibility for dust given the westerly wind that is often present in Drayton.  Conditions will be monitored as work proceeds to limit any nuisances.  We appreciate your understanding the next couple months as we complete the final residential stage of Drayton Ridge.
