Founded 1998,   originally Carere Flooring and Windows, Jim Richardson purchased the business in 2008.  Growing on the simple fact that quality products and services, need not cost an arm and a leg.  The business out grew the original location and moved to its current location within a year.  Over the next 11 years the business expanded both in product selection, services and service area. Supplying and installing commercial and residential Flooring and Window products.  In January 2020, the business had grew to the point where Jim decided to focus soley on Windows, Doors and Siding changing the company name to Mapleton Exteriors, to keep up with his customers needs.  All flooring installation staff have since, started out on the own, continuing to serve the clients directly.
