Boundary Roasting Company is a specialty coffee roastery rooted in rural Ontario (Listowel). We work with traceable, single-origin specialty coffees from farms and co-operatives, choosing beans grown with care and intention. As farmers ourselves, we believe the people behind the beans deserve to be known, respected, and fairly compensated. Every coffee we roast is selected for its story as much as its flavour, then carefully roasted to let its natural character shine.
